Learn at least one new recipe every week! We will share the ingredient list ahead of time so you can prepare, and we will follow it up with the recipes so you can save your favorites.

We will be starting with GRANOLA!!!!
It’s something that you can make with almost any pantry items you may have and if you don’t have what the recipe calls for you can easily make substitutions.
Below is a list of items you will need. Remember if you do not have these exact items you can choose similar items you may have at home. For example, this recipe calls for almonds and pecans, but you could use peanuts, walnuts or pistachios instead. The beauty of granola is you can use what you have or what you like instead of what is called for as long as it is in the same family, for examples, any nut.
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds (sliced, chopped or whole)
1 cup pecans
½ cup unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup flax seed
¼ cup chia seeds
Hearty pinch of salt
½ cup dried fruit (add any or all of these if you like: raisins, dried cherries, dates, dried blueberries, etc.)
½ cup Coconut oil or Olive Oil
½ cup honey
½ cup brown rice syrup (you could substitute stevia or brown sugar if you can’t find)
