Course Description
Did you know that Art is a powerful wellness tool? Learn about the connection between Art making and mindfulness through guided breathing, reflection, and visual Journaling. You’ll leave each class feeling relaxed and ready for tomorrow! Included with your registration is a box of supplies for class that will be enjoyed and spark creativity well beyond the eight sessions.
