Get outside and moving with us at Cardio Club! This weekly club is for anyone who is interested in running, walking, or jogging. We will be creating individual goals, going on runs/walks/jogs, and keeping each other motivated. All sessions will be available virtually.
What to expect
- We start each session with a quick check in to see how everyone is doing with their cardio goals
- Sari or Ben will lead us in 5 minutes of stretching and cardio warm ups
- We pause the Zoom for 20 minutes to allow everyone to go for their own walk or run
- We rejoin the Zoom and Sari or Ben leads another 5 minutes of stretching and cool downs
- We end each session with goal setting for the week ahead
- Please wear comfortable workout clothing
