Get outside and moving with us at Cardio Club! This weekly club is for anyone who is interested in running, walking, or jogging. We will be creating individual goals, going on runs/walks/jogs, and keeping each other motivated. All sessions will be available virtually. There will be additional opportunity for members to attend physically distant in-person runs/walks/jogs.
You only need to RSVP one time to join the Cardio Club and receive zoom links to all of the upcoming meetings.
