The HappyGrit virtual classes will consist of a quick meet and greet, 10 rounds of cardio exercises, 10 rounds of boxing techniques, and a stretch at the end of the workout. Each session will be different and no equipment will be needed. Students will need about a mat length of distance and a mindset to focus on a great workout.
What to expect
- A class with both cardio exercises and boxing techniques – generally 15 minutes of each
- Donte’ leads by example and you can follow his lead throughout
- Please wear comfortable workout clothing
- Optional – You may want to have a yoga mat or fitness mat with you
