The HappyGrit virtual classes will consist of a quick meet and greet, 20 rounds of cardio exercises, and a stretch at the end of the workout. Each session will be different and no equipment will be needed. Students will need about a mat length of distance and a mindset to focus on a great workout.
Meet our instructor – Donté
Donté has years of service expertise from various career experiences. He has been a elementary school teacher, at risk mentor, has almost two decades of group and personal training experience, and is a serial entrepreneur (with 4 current businesses). His aspirations are to help others with their fitness goals and inspire those that work with him to be conscious of their “why?” It is never just about fitness, it is more about how to help others become their best self through fitness. Get ready for a great time!
