Weather permitting, we will move outside after our first 10 minutes together. If you are able, please try to join us on zoom using a mobile device or in-person at Main Street.

What to expect

  • Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
  • We will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
  • If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
