Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going! This week we will be exploring Mandalas. We will discuss their history and then have time to work on some. 

Please bring colored pencils or markers with you, as well as printed copies of a mandala or a coloring book you already have. These supplies will be provided for people joining us in-person at Main Street.

What to expect

  • Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
  • We will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
  • If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
