Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going! We are kicking off the new year by going back to basics with a “Mindful 101” journey. This week we’ll learn what mindfulness is and how mindfulness can help you in your everyday life, such as by reducing stress or helping you get a better night’s sleep. You’ll also receive a small introduction to the practice of mindful breathing.
What to expect
- Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
- We will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
- If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
