Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going! This week we will learn how emotions and thoughts, when left unchecked, have the tendency to build momentum. This session will teach you the technique of noting, which will help you step out of this loop of thoughts and emotions in order to reduce stress.
What to expect
- Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
- We will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
- If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
