Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going! This week we will wrap up our 5 weeks of a “Mindful 101” journey. We will discover how to tune into the sensations of your body, which will help you feel more settled and calm. You’ll also practice the body scan, where you notice each part of your body without judgment.
What to expect
- Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
- We will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
- If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
