Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going! For the next 4 weeks we will be exploring “Four Positive Attitudes”. This week we will learn about “equanimity” and practice a related meditation.

What to expect

  • Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
  • We will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
  • If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
