Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going! We will be wrapping up our exploration of “Four Positive Attitudes”. This week we will discuss “joy” and practice a related meditation.
What to expect
- Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
- We will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
- If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
