Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going!

We are currently exploring mindfulness through our senses. This week we will focus on the sense of touch with a progressive muscle relaxation practice.

What to expect

  • Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
  • Stacey will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
  • If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
