Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going!
We are currently exploring mindfulness through our senses. This week we will focus on the sense of touch. Please bring an item to this session that feels good, relaxing and/or calming for you to hold.
What to expect
- Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
- Stacey will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
- If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
