Join Stacey for a hands on, guided mindfulness practice to get your day going! We will be learning about reflexology and trying out some hand massage techniques. Please bring lotion or oil with you. You will not need much, just about a tablespoon!

This is a hybrid program – members can choose to register to join us in-person at Main Street or virtually via Zoom

What to expect

  • Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
  • Stacey will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
  • If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
