This is a hybrid program – members can choose to register to join us in-person at Main Street or virtually via Zoom
Please bring BLANK PAPER, a pencil with an eraser, and any other coloring materials you might want to use.
What to expect
- Each week will feature a guided mindfulness practice
- Stacey will explain each practice as she leads by example and you can follow her lead throughout
- If supplies are needed for a session, the supply list will be emailed to members ahead of time
