Do you love movies? Do you love thinking about characters, scenes, and stories? Then join us at the Main Street Movie Club! We will focus on a different movie each session and discuss our thoughts and reactions.
What to expect
Before the meeting:
- Members are encouraged to watch the selected movie ahead of time
- Discussion questions will be shared with the group ahead of time
During the meeting:
- Coming Soon – We will start off each session by playing the trailer for a new movie (just like when you go to the movies)
- Movie Discussion –
- Various clips from the movie will be shared on screen during the Zoom
- Following each clip, we will open up one of the discussion questions and members can share their insights
- As we wrap up discussion, each member will have the opportunity to rate the movie
- Must Watch Movies – Each session ends with members sharing a favorite movie that they want to recommend to others
