This Week’s Theme is Cross Training
Join us for this first-pumping one-of-a-kind fitness class led by Spirited Sam! This class will help motivate you to stay in shape while having fun in the process. Each week, members can look forward to a new theme for the class. The weekly theme will represent the type of music being played and the members can expect to see it during this 30-minute power workout. You do not need any equipment other than a water bottle and comfortable clothes and shoes.
