End your week on a high note with Yoga & Mindfulness! Join us each week to learn & practice yoga, explore mindfulness techniques, guided meditations, and de-stress with the Main Street community.

This is a hybrid program – members can choose to register to join us in-person at Main Street or virtually via Zoom

What to expect

  • Learn & practice yoga, explore mindfulness techniques, guided meditations, and de-stress
  • Daniel leads by example and you can follow his lead throughout
  • You should wear comfortable workout clothing
  • Please have a yoga mat with you for this class
