Meet Bola Audena. A Managing Partner at MBA Growth Partners, a Business Strategy and Operations Consulting firm based in Rockville, MD. Bola works with women and black business owners to facilitate sustainable growth and change initiatives within their organizations. After working with top consulting firms as a Management Consultant for over 15 years, Bola has been on a journey to build her consulting practice since 2020. Her focus is on deepening relationships with and networking with women and black owned companies. MBA Growth Partners provides “Go To Market Strategies”, “Strategic Growth Planning”, and “Operational Efficiency” support to businesses. Bola received her MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and her Computer Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
