Join fitness instructor Megan for Main Street’s first AquaFit class at The Met Rockville! Please come in a swimsuit to participate in the class, and bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Members are encouraged to bring their own noodle.
Important: Plan to meet Main Street staff and Megan in the MET lobby at 12pm sharp. We will ride the elevator to the pool together.
Megan is a seasoned fitness pro with 30-plus years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She has taught dance and group fitness to all levels and ages in all settings. Megan strives to make everyone feel successful and valued in her classes, focusing on making fitness fun and accessible to every “body.” She is super grateful to teach at Main Street and invites you to share your favorite song requests during class.
