Alliance Pediatrics takes a collaborative and individualized approach to every client we encounter. Our therapists are committed to using results-oriented approaches. Individualized plans are derived from research and clinical practice that support success outcomes. Families and schools can expect their clinicians to incorporate applied behavior analysis, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based practices. Our goal is to collaborate with families, schools and community members as they progress towards fulfillment, purpose and overall health.
Bethesda Magazine is the magazine for people living in Bethesda and the surrounding towns. Lively, entertaining and informative, Bethesda Magazine covers the topics that are interesting and important to Bethesda-area residents, including restaurants, real estate, home design and dƩcor, community issues (e.g., schools, traffic, development), arts and entertainment, and people. Bethesda Magazine is published six times a year and is available in print and as a digital edition.

Helene has been an avid yoga practitioner for the past ten years and is a certified yoga instructor in the Vinyasa Yoga style (RYT-200). Yoga has not only transformed her body, but her mind and spirit as well. As a teacher, Helene hopes to impart the transformative powers of yoga to her students. Through her vigorous flow classes, Helene helps students to focus on breath, alignment, physical strength and flexibility. Helene takes a hands-on approach to teaching through both verbal cuing and physical adjusting, while creating a challenging and safe environment for students at all levels.
The Help in the Home team is comprised of caring professionals who strive to provide the support you need to ensure a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Our goal is to encourage healthy living and human connection so our clients can enjoy a life characterized by purpose and dignity. We serve Adults 18+ whose diagnoses include but are not limited to: bi-polar disorder, depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, dual diagnosis, borderline personality disorder, pervasive development disorder (PDD), autism spectrum disorder.
Our Supported Living Community is an excellent option for Adults 18+ that need something other than a group home or psychiatric residential treatment program.
For individuals living outside of our Supported Living Community, we can offer Individual Support Services. These services can include family consultation, clinical case management, teaching clients daily living and self-care skills and documentation of clientās progress regarding skills learned and services received.

Hoos For Data is a 501(c)3 organization that provides pro-bono support to other non-profits in advanced analytics, applied AI, and machine learning projects to help them accomplish their missions and make a positive contribution to our communities.
Dr. Ifeoma C. Thompson is a psychiatrist in Jessup, Maryland and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, includingĀ Clifton T. Perkins Hospital CenterĀ andĀ University of Maryland Capital Region Health Prince George’s Hospital Center. She received her medical degree from University of Nigeria Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
JK Therapy is a pediatric occupational therapy (OT) practice working with children of all abilities helping to further develop new skills, grow potential, and build confidence in fun and motivating ways.
