Join us for Bake with Sharon where we explore interesting new recipes and develop hands-on baking skills at your own pace. This week will be a special edition featuring Zaid Alfa, showing us how to make Budha Bowls and more importantly how to use a formula for the types of food to include in a well-balanced meal. In this case, Buddha bowls, generally have a grain, protein, vegetable, often nuts or seeds and a dressing or sauce to add the distinctive flavor!
Many people like to print out the recipe and bake along from home.

Tips and Considerations for Baking with Sharon:
- It’s a good idea to read through the entire recipe before the class so you are prepared for each step and know what to expect.
- It may be helpful to print the recipe if you have easy access to a printer.
- Pre-measuring your ingredients and putting them in bowls before class starts will make it easier to follow along during the class.
- Setting up your baking area ahead of time – think about where you want to set up your prep station and how you will place your computer/tablet so you can comfortably and easily follow along.
