Ilyssa’s presentation will provide an overview of Behavior Support Services (BSS) through the DDA, detailing what BSS includes, how these services work in practice, and how to access them. Attendees will gain insight into how BSS can reduce maladaptive behaviors, promote functional skills, foster independence, and improve social fluency. Additionally, we will discuss common challenges families encounter when navigating BSS and offer practical strategies to address these obstacles.
