Meet Attorney Jessica Homer, CCEP

Jessica Homer, a Florida licensed attorney and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, specializes in higher education legal issues, with a particular emphasis on combined Title VII and Title IX investigations, as well as ADA compliance. Her rich background in student affairs and legal roles within the higher education sector, including significant positions as Deputy Title IX Coordinator, EO Officer, and Assistant General Counsel, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in ensuring educational environments are both supportive and compliant.

Jessica’s commitment to creating equitable and inclusive spaces is demonstrated through her thorough and thoughtful approach to workplace investigations. In addition to her investigative endeavors, Jessica is deeply committed to fostering positive organizational cultures through proactive measures. She is adept at designing and implementing training programs that advocate for diversity, inclusion, and respect, aiming to cultivate environments where everyone feels valued and supported.
