Title, Ace, Eagle and Golf Cart sponsors are asked to send a high resolution jpg logo to Sharon Cichy by August 15.

If you’re not able to sponsor the outing, please consider making a donation or joining us for the Golf Happy Hour. If making a donation, please note “Golf Outing” in the Comments box on the donation form.

All are invited to the 2025 Golf Outing Happy Hour! Enjoy great food, drinks, live music and time to connect with the Main Street community. The Happy Hour will be held on the Outdoor Terrace at Woodmont Country Club starting after golf (around 3:30 pm) and continuing until around 6:00 pm.

Many sponsorship levels include tickets to the Happy Hour. Additional tickets for the party are $125 each.

Guests are asked to wear casual country club attire.

All sponsor groups and golfers are asked to complete this form. This information will help us create an incredible experience for each golfer!
