About LiveWell
High-quality, inclusive health and wellness programs can be difficult to find in the community.
In 2021, Main Street offered LiveWell, a 16-week comprehensive wellness initiative specifically designed to address this gap for people of all abilities.
In partnership with local and national organizations, the program included expert-led workshops and relevant Main Street programs aimed at improving overall physical health, stress management, mindful eating, hydration and sleep.
Workshops
Specific health-related workshops were offered throughout the LiveWell initiative. Workshops were presented by experts and made available to the community-at-large. Each workshop was free to Main Street members and $5 for non-members.
Related Programs
In addition to the expert-led workshops, Main Street Connect offered dynamic programming aligned with each health-related area of focus. Programs were open to all Main Street Connect members.

Personal Wellness Coaching
A small cohort of Main Street members engaged in a pilot program that involved working with a wellness coach throughout the fall 2021. These participants met weekly with the coach to discuss health-related topics and reinforce behaviors to promote positive health changes and outcomes.
