Join Elana Kanter virtually or in-person for a lunch & learn to gain a deeper understanding of executive function (EF) skills. EF skills allow us to plan, organize, and manage our thoughts and actions. Take time to reflect on your own EF skills. For example, do you have difficulty meeting deadlines, organizing your inbox, remembering appointments, or prioritizing tasks? Learn about how to use executive function skills to create a positive work environment and meet your goals. Bring specific personal or work place questions related to executive function. Leave with resources to help you, or someone you know, strengthen executive function skills.

For those attending virtually, the zoom will begin at 12:30PM.
