Quality inclusive health and wellness programs can be difficult to find in the community.
LiveWell is a 16-week comprehensive wellness initiative at Main Street, specifically designed to address this gap and is open to EVERYONE!
Everyone can benefit from these expert-led workshops and relevant Main Street programs aimed at improving overall physical health, stress management, mindful eating, hydration and sleep.
In partnership with local and national organizations, we will meet our goals by focusing on significant health-related topics.

Personal Wellness Coaching
A small cohort of Main Street members engaged in a pilot program, working with a Wellness Coach throughout the Fall. These participants will meet weekly with the Wellness Coach to discuss topics and reinforce behaviors to ensure positive health changes and outcomes.
